My Name is Elizabeth Miller and I am an Dr. Ann Wigmore study person....own many of her books. I was part of a group in Houston, Texas that was on her conversion program and doing research for her back in 1985. I started this material to help the group and put this book together (completed in 1992) to tell others about these great raw foods, wheatgrass and sprouts. I have another book almost finished called Why be a Vegetarian to help others understand the health and environmental benefits of cutting back on meats.
